At Gusti Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade leather companion. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Carefully place the unused leather product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
