Protect your favourite leather product. Want to enjoy your product for longer? With our optional 1-year warranty, you secure additional protection for your bag or backpack. We repair material and manufacturing defects in our own workshop, so you can carry your companion for as long as possible.

Exclusions: Please note that zippers as well as damage caused by improper use are excluded from this warranty.
How to redeem the warranty:
If something is not right, simply write us an email at info@gusti-leather.co.uk. Please include your order number and a photo of the defect. Our team will check your request as quickly as possible and discuss the next steps with you.
